Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive inside Sales Support & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while collaborating with various departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including transportation management and warehouse management.
• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Storing and organizing inventory in the warehouse, following inventory management protocols.
• Assist in various sales support activities including updating showroom samples, materials & literature, creating labels for showroom display products, answering calls & more.
• Communicate effectively with sales staff and inform of availability, lead times, and any delays in product coming in.
• Manage order picking and packing processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
• Maintain clear communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment schedules.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or familiarity with warehouse management is a plus.
• Responsible for returns, inbound shipments, outbound orders, labelling products, and notifying Sales Associates of incoming products.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop Software and Spec Books is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. easily and occasionally heavier objects.
• This Job Requires the Ability to:
• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes & weights.
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time.
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
