Shuttle Driver
SUMMARY
The Associate Shuttle Driver safely transports Montage Healdsburg associates between designated parking areas and the hotel, ensuring timely service, a clean vehicle, and a welcoming experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Safely transporting associates to designated parking area.
- Must keep the vehicle cleaned and in good condition.
- Provide exceptional service.
- Basic knowledge of the area.
- Experience driving in all different weather conditions required.
- Report any bus malfunctions or needed repairs.
- Comply with traffic regulations in order to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
- Pump fuel as needed.
- Pick up and drop off associates at regularly scheduled drop-off locations, following strict time schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must have clean driving record and submits to pre-employment requirements
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Be able to communicate clearly.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a driver.
- Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach with hands and arms. Ability to skis and baggage during the course of service. Regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
The pay scale* for this position is $22.89.
- The pay scale is the base salary wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
