The ideal candidate will play a crucial role assisting the hygienist with daily operations to ensure smooth, exceptional patient care. Must be motivated to work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art dental office. You will have full autonomy in your position and full accountability for your success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the hygienist with daily operations and patient care
- Direct patient flow and prepare/break down treatment rooms
- Confirm appointment schedules and manage the books
- Assist with holding suction and instrument management
- Take X-rays as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, energetic, and motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail
- Dental office experience preferred
- Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
- X-ray license preferred

Schedule:

- Full-time (Monday to Friday)
- Flexibility required for hours, including two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
