Events Assistant - Denver, CO Our client is seeking a motivated, energetic, and proactive Events Assistant to join their team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to break into the world of event management with a focus on promo events, pop-up activations, brand awareness campaigns, and sales-driven events. Whether you’re fresh out of school or looking to pivot into this exciting industry, full training will be provided. As an Events Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in executing high-energy, interactive events designed to engage customers, boost brand visibility, and drive sales. You’ll work closely with a team of creative professionals to deliver memorable experiences and ensure events run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of promo events, pop-ups, and brand awareness campaigns designed to showcase the client’s brand and drive customer engagement.Provide hands-on support in all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, materials preparation, and event breakdown.Engage with event attendees to promote the brand, answer questions, and create a positive experience.Support event managers in managing on-the-ground event operations and customer interactions.Work with the team to ensure sales-driven events are executed effectively to maximize conversions and customer engagement.Help with the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, signage, and event collateral.Assist with social media promotion leading up to and during events to increase attendance and awareness.Provide feedback after events to assess performance and suggest areas for improvement.Support administrative tasks related to event tracking and reporting.Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and excite event attendees.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure events run smoothly.Ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Comfortable working on weekends, evenings, and flexible hours based on event schedules.Energetic, approachable, and professional demeanor.Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and social media platforms.How to Apply:If you're passionate about events, brand activations, and want to gain hands-on experience in the industry, click "Apply" now!
