Customer Service and Sales Assistant Full-time opportunity Available | Denver, CO As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you will deliver an excellent service, helping promote our our products and services to the people of the big apple. You will have a vibrant personality and a passion for helping others to achieve your goals and those of the company. While previous customer service experience is preferred, training will be provided. This is a very customer-centric role, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. Responsibilities:Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requestsProvide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM systemCollaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesContinuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectivelyMeet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings Requirements:.
