Responsibilities:
- Climb, rig, and section trees for removal on residential and commercial properties.
- Safely operate and maintain hand tools, chainsaws, rigging hardware, and climbing gear; proficient in crane hand signals.
- Coordinate lift sequencing and tree sectioning with the Equipment Operator and Crew Foreman.
- Maintain a professional, safe, and clean worksite to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Rope and saddle climbing experience with rigging knot knowledge; chainsaw and chipper operation required.
- Crane rigging experience a benefit.
- Familiarity with ANSI Z133 standards preferred.
- Willingness to train crew members.
- Valid driver's license with clean record; non-CDL truck and trailer experience preferred.
- Crew management, training, customer service, and safety experience highly valued.
