PAY:
- Pay: $17/hour performance bonuses
SCHEDULE:
- Weekend Shift: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- All positions work a four-day work week
- All positions are full-time and in-office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound calls from guests interested in booking vacation packages, with every conversation aimed at scheduling a reservation
- Serve as the go-to resource for guest questions, working through concerns or issues in real time
- Turn guests' hesitation ("let me think about it" / "call me back later") into booked, paid reservations
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to every call while consistently hitting your performance targets
- Drive urgency so guests commit to their trip and complete payment before the call ends
- Guide guests through choosing the right destination and travel dates for their trip
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to deliver enthusiastic and engaging customer service
- Positive attitude and upbeat, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Great work ethic with consistent reliability
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and meet performance expectations
- Willingness to accept coaching and apply feedback immediately
- Leadership, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Must be 18 years or older to comply with legal requirements
Pay: $17.00 per hour
