Job Description:
We are a self-storage industry leader and we are hiring!
- Mileage reimbursement is provided when traveling to other properties or other work-related duties
- Our Property Managers have the opportunity to earn monthly KPI-based bonuses!
- We evaluate our customer storage needs and make suggestions, such as selling packing and moving supplies & boxes
- Daily Walk-thru’ s to confirm Unit inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are rent ready
- Making bank deposits are part of the daily business
- We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls
Required Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift / move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Our property managers should be able to walk in / around facilities spending up to half of their time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large roll up doors.
- Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks : including sweeping and mopping areas and maintain exterior grounds / curb appeal clean and free of debris
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
