-Project management
-Construction team lead
-Carpentry (framing and finish)
-Countertop installation (laminate and stone)
-Sink/faucet installation (and supply lines)
-Toilet installation (and supply lines)
-Cabinet installation
-Tub/surround installation
-Demolition in an inhabited home (preparing space for dust, covering belongings, zipper plastic walls, ram board on floors, etc)
-Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
-Knowledge of residential building code
-Mentoring/teaching team members proper building procedures
-Positive client interaction
-Listening skills
-Problem solving skills
-Clean driving record
-Clean background check
-Bilingual English/Spanish a huge plus
Job sites vary. We work on homes throughout Allen County and neighboring areas.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
