Are you an energetic, reliable leader with a passion for entertainment and a knack for coaching teams? Monster Mini Golf in Denton, TX is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Shift Supervisor to help lead the daily operations of our unique, indoor, glow-in-the-dark entertainment center!

We're not just Mini Golf; we're a vibrant, high-energy destination featuring an 18-hole course, a thrilling arcade, laser maze, bowling, pixel game floor, and memorable birthday parties. In the Shift Supervisor role, you'll be a key player on the leadership team, running successful shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and keeping the energy high.

What You'll Do:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead floor operations during your assigned shifts, including:

• Shift Excellence: Supervise daily shift operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of all attractions, including mini golf, arcade, laser maze, bowling, and pixel game floor.

• Floor Leadership & Coaching: Direct, motivate, and support Team Members and Memory Makers (Party Hosts) during your shift. Ensure the team maintains high energy and adheres to service standards.

• Guest Experience Champion: Act as the first point of contact for guest service on the floor. Handle immediate guest concerns with a positive attitude and ensure everyone leaves with a smile.

• Daily Cash Handling: Perform opening and closing procedures, manage cash drawers, reconcile shift revenue, and ensure accurate register counts.

• Party & Event Coordination: Oversee the execution of birthday parties and events during your shift, ensuring hosts are prepared and schedules run on time.

• Facility Upkeep: Maintain store appearance by ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and proper presentation of the entire facility, attractions, and common areas throughout your shift.

• Inventory Support: Assist management with monitoring and stocking concessions, prizes, and operational supplies.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Leadership: 1 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or a related service industry.

• Customer Service Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues effectively.

• People Skills: Demonstrated ability to motivate peers, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a positive team environment.

• Problem-Solver: Proactive, resourceful, and capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliability & Trustworthiness: Strong accountability, especially regarding cash handling and facility security.

• Availability: Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable operating POS systems and troubleshooting basic arcade or facility equipment.
