What is Monster Mini Golf?
Monster Mini Golf is a completely unique Family Entertainment concept which brings the age-old game of mini golf to an entirely new level! Our indoor, state-of-the art facilities offer a mini golf experience like no other which includes complete monster décor glow-in-the-dark arena, fun music, course DJ entertainment and interactive course creatures (animatronics). In addition to mini golf our facilities also include Birthday Parties and Event rooms, Laser Tag and technologically advanced arcade games and more! Whether it is a child’s birthday party, family outing or date night; we have all the entertainment covered!
A Monster Mini Golf Assistant Manager is responsible for overall facility operations including all aspects of product quality control, guest experience satisfaction, daily execution of safety and cleanliness standards, marketing and sales goals. The general manager is responsible for communicating with team members to make sure all policies and procedures are followed at the highest level.

- Self-motivated individual with the ability to solve complex issues

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience Preferred/Required:
Minimum of 1 years of Managerial experience . Proven track record in successfully training and developing team members. Experience and proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to increase revenue and profitability. Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures in regards to high quality guest experience. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change and process credit card transactions. Perform a variety of tasks.
