Position Summary
The Concur clerk position will require auditing and approval of expense reports in accordance to company policy.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work with accounts payable department to ensure that employees are being reimbursed in a timely fashion
Fluent in written English. - Identify issues and process improvements for management review
Other duties as assigned - High Volume data review
Position Requirements:
- Validating expense reports in accordance with company policy
General accounting knowledge - Proficient with Microsoft Office
- 10 Key by Touch
- SAP & Concur (Expense Reporting) Experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Must be a team player & able to work with other individuals in & outside the department (at various levels) in a
positive manner - Must be organized and recognize & meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to research, problem solve & identify solutions
- Superior attention to detail
