Position Summary:
In the position of UI/UX Designer II, you will create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for mobile and desktop users. Aesthetically pleasing branding strategies help effectively reach more customers. Ensure the end-to-end journey with their products or services meets desired outcomes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create mobile and desktop designs in Figma using best practices. Ensure accessibility and inclusivity with designs. Gather user requirements, design graphic elements and build navigation component.
- Create and implement design systems, conduct wireframing and quality assurance within the systems. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables). Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis. Test and measure the user experience. Conduct usability testing, including understanding user concerns, observing user interactions, and improving product designs based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry development, latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure that the design is translated correctly into code and work with back-end developers to integrate the design with the necessary functionalities
- Effective communication and collaboration with development teams are crucial to ensure a smooth and successful implementation
Position Requirements:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of- -Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, IT, or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in working on various UI_UX design projects
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, Project Management Tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- Preferred Certifications: N/A
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Strong background in digital design (Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mockups), and a solid understanding of these programs: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Base Salary Range: $67,500 - $90,000
