COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL: UP TO $105,000 PER YEAR

✅ HERE'S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR OPERATORS:

• Guaranteed 40-hour workweek – Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with base pay based on experience
• 25% commission on heavy-duty towing outside normal business hours
• 35% commission on certain smaller-truck towing
• Strong earning potential for an operator willing to take after-hours towing and recovery work
• Every other weekend off, guaranteed by a rotating on-call schedule
• Every other week off nighttime on-call too

• Modern, well-maintained equipment, including a 2025 50-Ton Rotator, late-model flatbeds, and a new Landoll and detachable trailer

✓ A SCHEDULE YOU CAN ACTUALLY PLAN AROUND – Your regular week is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, guaranteed. On-call and weekends rotate every other week, so you always know when you're off, not just hoping you get lucky.

✓ GET PAID WHAT AFTER-HOURS WORK IS ACTUALLY WORTH - Heavy-duty towing outside normal business hours pays 25% commission, with certain smaller-truck towing paying 35% commission. Strong earning potential comes from taking after-hours towing and recovery work.

✓ PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL WORK – You'll run a 2025 50-Ton Rotator, two late-model flatbeds, a brand-new Landoll, and a brand-new detachable trailer. If we're asking you to perform at a high level, we're not handing you equipment that's seen better days.

✓ WE'LL INVEST IN YOUR TRAINING – WreckMaster or equivalent professional recovery training. If you've got the right attitude and experience but not the certification yet, we'll get you there.

• You've got at least a few years of heavy-duty towing and recovery experience, and you can handle light-duty when it's needed too
• You stay calm and think clearly when a scene is chaotic and everybody else is standing around confused
• You understand weight, angles, and rigging, or you're ready to build that skill through professional training
• You take pride in the equipment you run and treat it like it's yours
• You're comfortable being the one other operators call when the job gets complicated
• You can be reached and trusted for on-call rotation, and you show up when it's your turn
