MONS HOMECARE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Male Caregiver to join our team in Reisterstown, MD. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance in a respectful and dignified manner
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
Requirements:
- Male applicants preferred to meet specific client care preferences and comfort needs
- Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
