What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Team Leader position at Monrovia?
SUMMARY
The Construction Team Leader will use their skills to leas the construction team to complete various projects throughout the nursery.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborates with construction coach and construction craftsman concerning capital projects and other projects throughout the nursery
- Estimates equipment, tools and other materials required for the job.
- Builds, dismantles and repairs structures, walls, roofs, glass and siding as assigned.
- Coordinate assignments and lead labor assigned to accomplish task.
- Terrace repair and maintenance
- Performs other related duties as assigned
SUPERVISION TO BE EXERCISED:
SUPERVISION TO BE RECEIVED: Reports directly to Construction Coach
WORKS WITH: Construction craftsman, general nursey craftsman
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Thorough understanding of the correct and safe operation of all related tools and equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to take accurate measurements and calculations
- Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License with an acceptable driving history
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completion of formal apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience.
