Job Summary
This recruitment will be used to fill various part-time positions working 8 hours per day, 9 months per year. Under the leadership of the Lead Bus Driver and the general supervision of the Director of Maintenance, Operations and Transportation, drives a school bus over designated routes; keeps interior and exterior of bus clean; and performs related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent and one year experience in the operation of a motor vehicle – or such alternative the Personnel Commission may find desirable.
License: A valid Class B California Driver License. Other: A DMV driving report is required. Certificate: A valid unrestricted School Bus Driver Certificate obtained by testing with the California Highway Patrol and issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. A valid Red Cross First Aid Certificate or a passing score on the First Aid examination given by the California Highway Patrol. A valid medical certificate.
