Duties
- Manage the finance and insurance department, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, including TILA compliance.
- Process loan applications and conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for financing options.
- Negotiate terms of contracts with lenders and customers, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including title processing and loan documentation.
- Utilize financial software to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financing and insurance.
- Collaborate with sales staff to develop strategies that improve automobile sales through effective financing solutions.
Skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills to foster trust and loyalty among clients.
- Experience in financial services, particularly in loan processing and credit analysis.
