We are growing and looking to add a Commercial Truck Sales representative.  This position includes a base salary and uncapped commissions.  
 The Commercial Truck Sales position at Great Lakes Truck Centers is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their commercial vehicle needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, maintaining a deep knowledge of the product offerings, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase commercial truck sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate truck solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to management regularly.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Valley Ford Trucks - Master and its offerings.

Qualifications:

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Required Experience:
- The ideal candidate will come with experience in not only sales but account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships within the industry.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of commercial trucks and the automotive industry (preferred but will train)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary : $50,000 - $120,000
