Shipping and Receiving Associate

Responsibilities
· Scale counting parts per customer quantity requirements.
· Forklift Operations (a plus but not mandatory)
· Processing documents and materials for outbound shipments
· Processing documents and materials from inbound shipments
· Kitting projects
· Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently
· Maintaining clean and debris free workstations
· Driving the company truck to make pick-ups / deliveries
· Various warehouse responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
· Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
· Must be proficient at basic math skills
· Must be able to pass a background check
· You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
· A Valid DL required
· Shipping & Receiving – must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
· Must be able to stand 8-9 hours a day
· 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping and receiving is required
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy
· Sense of urgency and accountability
· Excellent work ethic with a sense of pride in the work you produce
· Desire to get the job done right the first time
· Able to handle high-pressure situations and criticism well
· Able to work independently and has Team-Player mentality
· Familiar with AS9100 requirements is desirable
