This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raleigh, NC, for a Legal Receptionist. The Legal Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing the front desk and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office organization, and assisting with legal document preparation and filing. The role also involves supporting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Basic knowledge of legal processes, including Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with legal terminology
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic demeanor
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as managing a multi-line phone system and greeting clients
- Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Prior experience in a legal or administrative setting is a plus
