Position
Perform any and all tasks related to inspecting, repairing, servicing, and building various types of light duty and/or heavy-duty trucks. This requires the ability to work from prints and instructions as well as use mechanical aptitude to create solutions. During the season, servicing and repairing airport equipment. Position
Perform any and all tasks related to inspecting, repairing, servicing, and building various types of light duty and/or heavy-duty trucks. Responsibilities
- Build and assemble various truck components to specification per customer requirements.
- Install and/or maintain all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on assigned projects and builds.
- Conduct repairs on heavy equipment ranging from hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, or programming issues
- Perform inspections and conduct preventative maintenance services
- Maintain shop equipment for safe use in operation.
- Complete repairs and replace malfunctioning parts to return working operation of truck components.
Qualifications
- GED/High School Diploma or Experience.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and have basic math knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet time deadlines
- Ability to use Crane and hoists.
- Ability to use power tools and machinery.
- Auto Mechanical Experience (Preferred).
- Welding, Hydraulic and Electrical Experience (Preferred).
