Are you passionate about keeping student-athletes healthy, safe, and performing at their best? Monroe High School is looking for a Washington-licensed, Board Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team and support our outstanding athletic programs.
In this role, you'll:
- Prevent, evaluate, and treat athletic injuries
- Lead rehabilitation and return-to-play programs
- Provide game and event coverage for a variety of sports
- Collaborate with coaches, physicians, families, and school staff
- Promote athlete wellness, injury prevention, and concussion management
- Make a meaningful impact on the lives of student-athletes every day
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field
- Washington State Athletic Trainer License
- Board Certification (BOC)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- School-based experience and NATA membership preferred

- Annual Salary: $62,985.50
- Follows the athletic calendar, including summer pre- and post-season events
