We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing outstanding service.
- Open and maintain new and existing customer accounts, including checking, savings, and CDs.
- Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Answer inquiries about account details, bank services, and products.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve operational and sales goals.
