Branch General Manager – Construction & Business Leadership | EOS Company

We’re hiring a Branch General Manager for our Elkhart, IN location — a leader with strong construction knowledge, team leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive both operational excellence and profitability.
What You’ll Do Operations & Project Oversight
- Lead all branch operations, including restoration and construction work
- Oversee multiple jobs from intake through final walk-through
- Set clear priorities, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards
- Use EOS tools (L10s, Scorecards, Rocks) to drive alignment and accountability
Construction Leadership
- Guide project managers and field teams in accurate scoping, scheduling, and execution
- Leverage your construction background to ensure technical accuracy and field efficiency
- Solve problems on the ground and support team members in high-pressure situations
Business & Financial Leadership
- Own branch-level P&L performance — revenue, gross margin, and cost control
- Approve budgets, estimates, and spending decisions with a profitability mindset
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, taking action to improve performance
- Apply strong general business acumen to make decisions that balance people, process, and profitability
Team Leadership
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams
- Conduct Quarterly Conversations and support team performance
- Drive a culture of ownership, trust, and accountability
- Ensure roles are aligned with the EOS Accountability Chart and Core Values
Client & Partner Engagement
- Serve as a visible leader with key clients, adjusters, and partners
- Step in on escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Protect the company’s reputation and deliver on promises
What You Bring
- 5 years in construction, restoration, or operations management
- Proven success leading multi-functional teams and field crews
- Solid understanding of job costing, budgeting, and branch-level P&L responsibility
- Comfortable using EOS tools or highly aligned with EOS principles
- Strong communicator with leadership presence and decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Mgmt, Business, or related field)
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check
