Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Fabricate and install components as needed to support maintenance projects.
- Will use a variety of power tools and hand tools to make necessary repair to the facility and its equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and address maintenance requests efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with co-workers.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and general repair techniques.
- Experience in residential painting and fabrication tasks is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong logical reasoning skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Preference given to candidates with previous HVAC experience. HVAC certification is a plus.
