Monroe Pharmacy, Monroe’s most popular independent pharmacy is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and customer focused Staff Pharmacist for immediate hiring to work with a well-trained pharmacy operation team to provide the highest quality professional service to its customers.

The highlight of the responsibilities includes
- dispensing and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of medications to all customers.
- providing excellent customer service by assisting with medical-related issues and providing healthcare counseling.
- interacting with physicians and utilize reference material to gain information on customers and prescriptions as well as to resolve any issues that may arise.
- managing the technical staff and organizing and directing technicians' work flow
- performing other responsibilities of a staff pharmacist
- other duties as applicable.
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy required, Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred.
Licensed NY Pharmacist and Immunizer.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, computer, time and people management skills are required.
Experiences: Retail Pharmacist experience is required. Candidates with PROFICIENT knowledge of MICRO-MERCHANT Prime RX pharmacy software is a plus
Compensation: Hourly/TBD
