You will lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities) while serving as the executive-level liaison for their current partners. Your goal is to expand our footprint while ensuring their existing "bond" with facilities remains unbreakable through exceptional relationship management.

You will lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities) while serving as the executive-level liaison for their current partners. Your goal is to expand our footprint while ensuring their existing "bond" with facilities remains unbreakable through exceptional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify, prospect, and close new pharmacy service contracts with LTC facilities, CCRCs, and group home operators.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary executive contact for current facility administrators and owners; conduct regular "pulse check" meetings to ensure service satisfaction.
- Strategic Networking: Represent the pharmacy at state healthcare associations (e.g., CALTCM, CAHF), regional conferences, and industry events.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes in the California LTC landscape to position their pharmacy as the premier choice.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and negotiate contract terms that align with the pharmacy’s financial and operational goals.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Pharmacy Operations and Consultant Pharmacist teams to ensure a seamless "onboarding" experience for new clients.
- Retention Strategy: Develop and implement a formal client-retention program to proactively identify and resolve facility pain points before they become "at-risk" accounts.
- Experience: 5 years of proven sales or business development experience specifically within Long-Term Care, LTC Pharmacy, or Post-Acute Healthcare.
- Network: A deep, existing Rolodex of LTC facility owners, administrators, and regional directors, preferably within Northern California.
- Clinical Literacy: Ability to speak confidently about eMAR integration, med-pass efficiency, and LTC regulatory compliance (Title 22).
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, public speaking, and "high-touch" CRM management skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to visit facility sites and corporate offices.
- Base Salary: [100-120K]
