Responsibilities

- Oversee tube feeding procedures and ensure proper administration as per medical guidelines.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to monitor residents' nutritional intake and health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide health coaching and support for residents' dietary choices.
- Manage departmental budgeting, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements
- Certification as a Dietary Manager or equivalent credential is required.
- Proven experience in an assisted living or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietetics, and physiology related to patient care.
- Experience in patient assessment and developing individualized care plans.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising experience in a dietary department.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes within a healthcare context is advantageous.
