Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using schematics and logic controllers.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance and repair of apartments.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and ensure efficient operations.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
-Valid Georgia Driver's License.
-Must be insurable under employer's auto insurance policy.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and working with logic controllers.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or related field preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
