Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician (MD/DO), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Family Practice team at the Craig County Health Center. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while providing a mix of chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute care services.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Manage chronic medical conditions and preventive health services.
- Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
- Promote patient education and wellness.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
