Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with registration, purchasing golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
- Manage cash handling duties accurately during transactions and maintain balanced registers
- Provide expert advice on golf products and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Organize and restock merchandise displays to ensure an attractive shopping environment
- Support event management efforts by assisting with tournament check-ins or promotional activities
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space to uphold high standards of hospitality
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking or guest interactions
- Ability to manage conflict calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in events management or working with groups is advantageous
