Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative with an industrial background to grow and support our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience selling industrial products in the aerospace and defense markets, with preferred experience in heavy duty casters, material handling components, or industrial hardware. This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to deliver value through our product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a sales opportunity pipeline
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts through regular visits, product education, and proactive service.
- Consult customers on their applications and recommend appropriate caster and industrial product solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product solutions to customers.
- Work closely with internal teams including customer service, sourcing, and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the company CRM.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to expand market presence.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of outside sales experience in industrial products, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Experience selling casters, wheels, material handling components, or industrial hardware in the aerospace/defense market strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial applications and customer environments such as manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and production operations.
- Proven track record of business development and account growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing an account base.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and occasional travel are required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
