The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide information systems office support for the District's Information Technology Department. The position is responsible for leading daily Information Technology office operations, managing IT vendors and assets, providing administrative support, performing clerical tasks and related work as assigned. E-Rate experience a plus. Key duties include network maintenance support, hardware/software upgrade support, user support, inventory and supply management, vendor contract management, and implementing security policies. The position works under general supervision independently developing work methods and sequences.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
