Position Title: Technology Applications Coordinator
Location: Administration Building
Reports To: Director of Instructional Technology
Salary/Benefits: $84,000 - $89,000; full medical, dental and vision benefits
Available: Immediately
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; 230-day calendar
Work schedule based on district calendar.
FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Summary:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

Essential Duties:
- Develop and implement training programs (virtual- synchronous, asynchronous, and
face-to-face) to meet all levels of end-users on Infinite Campus applications.
- Develop and provide professional development to staff and local districts relating to
technology applications.
- Develop and provide training for all modules of Infinite Campus products on an ongoing
basis.
- Participate in appropriate state and local user groups.
- Provide assistance to local districts in report writing in Infinite Campus.
- Identify, analyze and solve problems.
- Maintain confidentiality of school district records.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Maintain regular, predictable in-person attendance.

EDUCATION:
- Master’s degree in education, educational technology or related field required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in developing and conducting adult training
- Knowledge of and experience with student information systems and the K-12
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft and Google cloud applications.
SKILLS/OTHER:
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated ability to speak effectively and write concisely to express ideas.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a
computer, stand, sit and walk. The employee occasionally will reach above the head and
frequently reach forward. Frequent driving to district sites is required. Specific vision
abilities required include close vision such as to read handwritten or typed material, the
ability to adjust focus and depth perception and the ability to hear where a sound is
coming from. The position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several
people.
