Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role in Colonial Beach, VA for a Wedding Coordinator. Responsibilities include bridal tours, planning wedding events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of ceremonies and receptions. The Wedding Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for couples and their vendors, manage event timelines, and provide exceptional customer service to create unforgettable experiences. Additional duties may include collaborating with the winery team to maintain event standards and resolve any day-of challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience in Wedding Planning, Event Planning, and Event Management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive client experience and liaise effectively with vendors and staff
- Proven ability to manage event timelines, ensure attention to detail, and handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Adaptable and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving during events
- Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination is a plus
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
