Job Overview
Support Assistant Administrative Team/CTE Main Office/and back-up to CTE Clerical Support Positions.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Maintains attendance records in WinCap
- Maintains attendance tables
- Runs the annual attendance rollover, processes the accruals for the new year and verifies that all time is accurate; reconciles with departments prior to rollover to ensure that records are accurate
- Adds sick and personal days for new hires
- Monitors leaves; usage of sick and personal time and any transition to disability or unpaid time to verify that payment is correct and also documents paid leaves in the WinCap leaves tab
- Implements docks for unpaid time
- Receives attendance reports from departments and reviews absences prior to input and verifies the substitute payroll transaction report with a 2 week attendance report from the absence management system
- Processes timesheets
- Reviews all transactions by checking rates and budget codes
- Checks input of employment recommendation forms for accuracy
- Reviews the salary change report prior to the processing of payroll
- Maintains longevity tab and inputs transactions for payment due in each pay period
- Acts as back up to Payroll Supervisor in his/her absence
- Explains payroll related information and options by responding to inquiries
- Provides attendance reports or earnings reports as requested
- Additional duties as required
Job Qualifications
Must possess or meet requirements for Civil Service title of Office Clerk III or Office Clerk IV (Competitive).

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
