We’re seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a vibrant, fast-growing restaurant in Vancouver, WA. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the location, responsible for driving revenue, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience every visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, quality, and compliance with all standards.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and financial reporting; identify opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated, guest-focused culture.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction.
- Act as the face of the restaurant in the local community and with vendors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual or premium casual concepts.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and drive operational results.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
