What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple food fleet locations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver top-notch service
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and operational compliance

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years’ experience in food, catering, or hospitality management – food truck experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management, Communications, Business, or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
