We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant performance across the Midwest region. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple restaurant locations across the region.
- Drive operational consistency, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.
- Hire, train, and mentor General Managers and Area Leaders.
- Oversee P&L management, budgets, labor, and food cost controls.
- Partner with leadership on new store openings and market expansion.
- Implement systems that ensure operational efficiency and team accountability.
Requirements
- 5 years in multi-unit or regional restaurant operations management.
- Background in fast-casual, QSR, or full-service restaurants.
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and improve performance.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Metro Detroit, MI.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with high-growth, multi-location restaurant concepts.
- Strong knowledge of operations, staffing, and guest experience management.
- Ability to travel regionally and lead diverse teams.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
