What You’ll Do
- Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, and blowing
- Operate commercial equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Follow daily routes and complete jobs on schedule
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and protect customer property
- Assist with mulch installs, cleanups, and seasonal services
- Inspect and care for equipment daily
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients when needed
- Help maintain the company truck, trailer, and equipment

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our equipment yard in Westfield each morning
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
