What You’ll Do
Perform landscape installation and property improvement work, including:
- Mulch installation and bed cleanouts
- Bed edging and redefining (spade work)
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Removing weeds, debris, and overgrowth
- Light grading and soil prep
- Assisting with small landscape projects and installs
- Operating landscape tools and equipment (shovels, wheelbarrows, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Protecting customer property and delivering high-quality results
- Assisting with loading/unloading materials and job prep

This role is best suited for someone who:
- Shows up on time and takes responsibility seriously
- Takes pride in clean, detailed work (straight edges, clean beds, finished look)
- Works hard without needing constant supervision
- Is comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying conditions
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Wants consistent, full-time work
- Is interested in growing into a Crew Lead role over time
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all candidates)
- Reliable transportation to our equipment yard in Westfield each morning
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor labor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
