Monomoy Regional School District is seeking to hire a Long Term Substitute Instructional Assistant for Harwich Elementary School starting January 21, 2026, through March 4, 2026.Preferred Requirements are: Minimum of high school diploma, having an associate's degree (or completion of at least two years of college) is preferred. The successful candidate needs to possess a want and desire to support students academically, socially, and emotionally in an inclusive environment.Some positions work with students with behavior challenges, medical needs and significant cognitive disabilities.This salary is based on Step 1 of the MREA Unit B Collective Bargaining Agreement, $24.61/hour.
