This role ensures the ERP system's functionality, data accuracy, and user adoption while aligning the technology with evolving business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end-users and conduct training sessions to ensure effective system utilization.
- Oversee daily operations, participate in implementing system updates, and manages user access and security within the ERP platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve business workflows and streamline operations through efficient use of the ERP system.
- Applying best IT system admin practice, ensures the accuracy, security, and consistency of data within the ERP system.
- Well manage data imports and reporting within or using other tools (i.e. Power BI).
- Work with different Departments to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions plans.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues to maintain operational continuity and performance.
- BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or other applications in finance, manufacturing, or distribution. Experience with IFS ERP is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, CRM, supply chain, etc.) supported by ERP systems.
- Experience with database management, data analysis, and scripting or system integration. Proficiency in SQL is required, along with working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively support users and collaborate with stakeholders.
- IT experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
