Production Lead - 2nd shift
Schedule: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM Monday through Thursday
Job Description
The Production Lead is responsible for achieving Monogram Foods' mission by working in any of the production/packaging rooms as directed and complying with all food handling, safety, and regulatory policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in any of the production/packaging areas as directed by the Production Supervisor and/or Chefs/Managers.
- Special duties or assignments may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Job Qualifications:
- Punctual and good attendance.
- Good communication, math, reading, and writing skills.
- Able to complete Quality, Safety training
- Able to work at a fast pace, repetitive and work in an environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce.
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Quality, safety minded, reliable, precise and self-motivated.
- Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand on feet on concrete floor for 4 hours at a time.
- Must be able to work on a moving production line for 4 hours at a time.
- Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds at least 50 feet.
- Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds and lift it overhead.
- Must be able to perform all production tasks using both hands for four hours at a time.
- Employees must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for employment at Monogram Foods.
- This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.
