Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across digital, social, and e-commerce channels. This role will assist in campaign coordination, content creation, and cross-functional projects that drive brand awareness and sales. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience and are highly organized, creative, and adaptable.
Duties
- Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, email, and web
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube
- Assist with email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
- Create and edit basic marketing content, including social copy, graphics (Canva), and short-form video (CapCut)
- Update website content and support product launches and digital merchandising
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, including outreach, product seeding, and tracking deliverables
- Assist with PR outreach and media placements
- Partner with sales and internal teams to develop presentations, sell sheets, and marketing assets
- Support trade shows and events, including setup and marketing materials
- Track campaign performance and maintain marketing reports and calendars
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of marketing, social media, or content experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
