Position Overview:
Monogram is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our team members. This position reports to the IT Support Manager and is on-site at the Chandler, MN, facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems (includes printers, networks, tablets, scan guns, etc.), identifying opportunities for standardization and process improvement, and ensuring the security and integrity of our company’s data. This position will also be part of an on-call rotation which provides after-hours support for critical issues. This position will serve as the hands and feet for the site in partnership with the larger IT team that is not in Chandler.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, provide timely solutions to tickets.
- Documentation of processes and procedures
- User account management
- Support and facilitate in a Microsoft Environment
- Monitor network and systems status.
- Maintain and update systems inventory.
- Create and maintain knowledge base material and documentation.
This position will be responsible for addressing incidents and service requests submitted to the ticketing system from remote and on-site team members. The successful candidate will be able to identify and develop processes and improvements to reduce the cost of support.
The ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and diagnose software configuration issues will be required. This person will also be responsible for administration tasks related to permissions, user accounts, and provisioning in a Microsoft environment. This position will need experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Windows operating systems. Experience with multifunction printers, video conference systems, and phone systems will also be needed in this role. Experience in a manufacturing environment will help this candidate succeed.
This person should have great communication skills and the ability to create and maintain documentation. Experience with creation of Knowledge Base articles is a plus!

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-year degree in a technical or related field
- At least 2 years' experience in a Support role
- Ability to be part of an on-call rotation schedule.
- Knowledge of Windows Server OS, Windows 10 and 11, and Office applications.
- Office 365 experience preferred.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and move throughout the facility as needed.
- Ability to lift items up to 20 lbs. unassisted.
- Visual and hearing acuity sufficient for business and technical environments.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically up to 25%.

Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment:
- General office and plant environments.
- Occasional exposure to manufacturing conditions, including temperature variation and machinery.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
