Production Supervisor
Job Description:
Our role of the Supervisor is to supervise the production line workers. They are responsible for the routine communication of job assignments, training for specific product runs, and placement of Line Workers in assignments as required for the day.

The Production Supervisor is expected to oversee day-to-day production to ensure that the required performance and quality standards are met. The role will oversee production staff, leading them to produce high-quality items at a pace that meets labor-set and yield-set standards. The role will ensure that machines are operational and that materials are on-site, so that production runs smoothly. |
The qualified individual should have previous experience of working in a food manufacturing environment and should have the people and operational skills to ensure that production runs smoothly. The successful candidate should be a strong people manager and should have strong organizational skills to ensure that production levels and quality meet the expected standards.

NOTE: This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.
Qualifications:The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
- Must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Should be goal oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure and succeed within a competitive environment.
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative.
- Strong computer skills are necessary including Outlook.
- Must have the ability to look up standard Excel documents.
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able to work 10-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
- Flexible to work between 1st and 2nd shifts; must be able to support off-shift assignments for 2 to 4 months at a time, or as business needs require.
Salary : $67,000 - $76,000
