Assist in all phases of plant cleaning process, including all production areas as well as equipment and tools, following proper sanitation procedures.

- Breakdown equipment and clean all equipment by following sanitation procedures.
- Cutting room
- Wet Processing areas
- Plant floors, walls, drains, trash cans,
- Restrooms, breakroom, sanitation room
- Processing equipment, including product screens and trees
- Follow GMP/HAACP procedures
- Other tasks as assigned
