Perform administrative tasks in ERP (D365) and accurately enter, coordinate, receive and ship transactions associated with the movement of raw materials, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items to and from Monogram facilities or outside sources. Record transactions accurately and timely. Provide support to Procurement, Finance and Warehouse teams so that material inventories are clearly understood and tracked to point of use or storage.

Perform administrative tasks in ERP (D365) and accurately enter, coordinate, receive and ship transactions associated with the movement of raw materials, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items to and from Monogram facilities or outside sources. Record transactions accurately and timely. Provide support to Procurement, Finance and Warehouse teams so that material inventories are clearly understood and tracked to point of use or storage.
Specific Duties
- Provide end of run count verifications against real time inventory records.
- Monitor and correct daily transactions to provide the finance group accurate usage information.
- Maintains inventory records, records receipt and issuance of stock and maintains records via computer input.
- Tracks & receives inventory into a computer-based inventory system, inventory control duties and cycle counts
- Create material transfers and requests for product movement between Monogram facilities, 3PL warehouses and to customers.
- Work with multiple Third Party Warehouse websites to manage inventory and reconciliation.
- Monitor and Communicate when materials are not adhering to usage in FEFO Order.
- Enter and confirm accurate real time receipts of inbound material and / or scrap transactions.
- Process paperwork and complete transactions associated with transfers, shipments, and receipts
- Accurately transact all movement of materials, packaging, supplies and finished goods using D365 or RF scanning equipment
- Report shortages of needed raw materials, packaging and finished goods to the appropriate Supervisor(s)
- Communicate effectively and share information interdepartmentally
- Performs fiscal year-end physical as well as monthly inventory & cycle counts
- Other duties as assigned by front-line leadership
- Comfortable with the level of detail required and the responsibility of the position.
- Demonstrate a teamwork approach to all duties, ability to communicate and interact with all levels of operator & management.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Computer: Should understand the general workings of a PC and be able to utilize Word, Excel programs, specialized software designed, Email, and Microsoft D365 .

- Analytical: Ability to visualize, articulate, solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts, and make decisions that make sense.

- Ability to compute by adding, subtracting, multiply, divide and averaging numbers. Round decimals to the nearest whole number; measure and input numbers to calculate correct formulas.

- Assist with yearend cycle counts
- Ability to work under deadlines

- This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.
